Scarecrow kit
Everything you need to make a scarecrow
We have been asked how to make a scarecrow so many times that we have put together our very own kit.
Each kit includes:
- 2 recycled coffee bean sacks
- 1 broom handle
- 2 bamboo canes
- 1 ball orange garden string
- 2 needles
- 1 marker pen
- 1 packet of seeds
and beautifully illustrated instructions.
The hat is not included, so please visit a charity shop or rummage through your drawers for an old hat, scarf or any other accessories you would like to adorn your scarecrow with.
Makes a scarecrow about 1m tall. Please take a look at our scarecrow gallery for ideas.
Not suitable for children under 3 years old (although they will no doubt admire the result!)

If you have ever wondered how to make a scarecrow then this product is for you. It includes everything you need to make an authentic scarecrow, except a hat which you may need to visit a charity shop for.
The instructions show you how to make our classic scarecrow design, but there is plenty of scope for you to use your imagination. And as the kit includes a spare sack you can afford to experiment.
